Horsham Rotary Club’s Benson's Funfair

What is the event?

Special Needs Children and their immediate family are invited to attend Horsham Rotary Club’s Benson's Funfair on Sunday 8th July 2018

Thank you for showing an interest in our now annual Special Needs Children’s Funfair. It is now time to register. The free two hour session at the Funfair in Horsham Park on Sunday 8th July will be a part of our Funday Sunday event, a free all-day fun Rotary event. So, after enjoying two hours at the funfair you are most welcome to spend the afternoon (Noon – 6pm) visiting the many attractions at Funday Sunday. The Free Special Needs Funfair is 10:00am to Noon and is only open to families with special needs children that have registered by clicking on the link at the bottom of this email. Wristbands will only be issued on the day to those registered so please register today.

Please read the following points to help you on the day:

• The venue is Horsham Park, Horsham. There are a number of car parks in Horsham but we recommend that you park in North Parade Car Park which can be seen on the link below located just off the B2237, Post Code RH12 2BQ. If North Parade is full please use any of the other Car Parks in and around the park. Horsham Car Parking

• The Horsham Rotary blue coloured registration marquee will be situated next to the entrance to the pond area in the park (Same location as previous years). You should see plenty of signage as you approach and it is where all the paths meet in the park (as shown on the car park map)

• Registration time is 9.30am onwards for a 10.00am start at the Fun Fair. When filling in the registration form on the link at the bottom of this email please enter the name of the person who will be collecting the wristbands on behalf of the family or organisation.

• The event and selected rides are only free to those WEARING WRISTBANDS (issued on the day and upon registration here) between 10.00am and 12 midday. After midday the rides become chargeable and the funfair opens to the general public.

• PLEASE NOTE: In the event of bad weather or bad ground conditions, before you leave home please check and like our Facebook Page…
