Extratime (Extra time) Short Breaks - Half Term Holidays

What is the event?

Dear Parent Carer

It’s time to look ahead to our next holiday scheme and, with that in mind, it’s our pleasure to attach booking forms for Extratime’s February Half Term Holiday Scheme. The scheme will run at Heron’s Dale School, Shoreham-by-Sea, from Monday 18th – Friday 22nd February 2019 and is for children and young people aged between 4 – 18 in full-time education; if a young person’s 19th birthday falls in the period scheme is running they are still able to attend.

How to Book • If your child/young person has attended previous schemes with us please complete the Returning CYP Form • If your child/young person is new to Extratime please complete the New CYP Form

To ensure our team has enough time to make arrangements, please return your completed booking form to us by 9am on Friday 4th January. Please can you also attach any current behaviour, communication and/or medical plans as this will help us speed up the booking process. We will be sending booking confirmations during the week commencing 21st January. Once bookings have been confirmed we may find it difficult to accommodate any changes, so please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to change anything or cancel a place. We will need at least two weeks’ notice to refund cancellations.
