SPA Workshop - Personal Hygiene and Well-being

What is the event?

A interactive workshop day for 16-25 year olds who have a disability or learning difficulty to explore how to maintain their personal hygiene and well-being.

Young people will be able to make their own bath bombs at Lush in Crawley before coming together to explore positive steps towards better personal hygiene. Young people will be able to take part in hand reflexology and lavender relaxation activities to promote a healthier well-being.

Booking is required to attend this event and a booking form will need to be completed as places are limited. Young people will need to bring a packed lunch with them however light refreshments will be provided.

The event is free and 1:1 support can be available on request. Parent/Carers are not expected to stay at the event.
