What is the event?

Eligibility This is a two-hour session for parents of, and/or carers who are responsible for, children and young people in West Sussex. This course is being delivered through a partnership between Coastal West Sussex Mind, West Sussex County Council and West Sussex CCGs.

About the course This course will help parents and carers to understand the reasons their child becomes angry and displays behaviours of concern such as meltdowns and outbursts which might include verbally and physically aggressive behaviour. Strategies will be shared and you will be signposted to local and national support and further information.

Getting to the Venue The Billingshurst Centre has on-site parking for up to 70 cars with additional parking nearby. The mainline station is a 15 minute walk.

Timings The course runs from 12:30 - 14:30. Please arrive in plenty of time to ensure a prompt start
