What is the event?

Eligibility This is a two-hour session for parents of, and/or carers who are responsible for, children and young people in West Sussex. This course is being delivered through a partnership between Coastal West Sussex Mind, West Sussex County Council and West Sussex CCGs.

About the course This session will reflect some of the challenges young people may face in the modern world along with a series of practical strategies and tools known to help young people build their resilience and capacity to cope with these. In so doing the aim is to build knowledge of the ways that it is possible to protect them from experiencing mental health issues in later years.

Getting to the Venue The nearest train station to Field Place is Durrington rail and then a 10 minute walk. The Pulse is a bus service which runs regularly nearby. There is free car parking on site and disabled spaces.
