What is the event?

About the course 

Children's and young people's well-being is nurtured by attention to their emotional, mental, social, environmental and spiritual needs and their enjoyment of relationships that are close, warm and supportive. This fun and informal workshop is based on simple ideas that are easy to put into practice and have been shown to help you build your capacity to care for your family's mental health, and learn skills that will stay with them throughout their lives. Parents, carers, children and grandparents are all welcome to attend. 

There is a small fee payable of £5 to help cover our costs.
