What is the event?

What to expect from the session - This is an hour long session lead by Renaissance Legal, including a fifteen minute Q&A session.

During this session, Philip Warford of Renaissance Legal will talk about the options available to protect a disabled person using specialist Wills & Trusts.

Philip will explain how you can safeguard means tested benefits and how you can provide financial security for them as well as for your family.

Philip will talk through the intestacy rules, the different Trust options available, the importance of a 'Letter of Wishes' and choosing the right Trustees.

Philip will explain why it is so important to make a Will and Why to use a Trust.
