Re-designing the Children with Disabilities Service's Eligibility Criteria

Would you like to make it clearer for parent carers to know if their child meets the criteria for the service and also to better understand how the assessment process works?

Help us to achieve this by joining our Focus Group, co-produced with the Children's Disability Team.

We want to hear from a range of parent carers - from those receiving support from the Children with Disabilities Service/those who have not met the criteria before/those who are considering exploring this service.
