Developing Resilience Evening for Parents & Carers

What is the event?
DEVELOPING RESILIENCE EVENING "How to bounce back when life seems too hard." In collaboration with the University of Chichester, these evenings include research about resilience and help you to develop strategies to deal with your most difficult days.
The evening will be led by Chris Smethurst (Co-director of the Institute for Education, Health and Social Sciences) and Becky Edwards (Senior lecturer and PACSO trustee)
Date: Monday 21st June Time: 7:30pm - 9:30pm Place: University of Chichester, Bishop Otter Campus, College Lane, PO19 6PE
There is on-site parking. Snacks will be provided.
Please let Becky know if you would like to come so that we can ensure the room is big enough for social distancing (we will make sure that there are a few spare seats for anyone who decides they would like to come on the day!)
We will meet in the Student Information Zone (next to Costa) from 7:20pm (the big building on the left as you drive in).
