Improving Children's Memory Skills Workshop

What is the event?

This workshop is designed for Primary School teachers and support staff. The session aim is to explain how the brain works with regard to memory and to identify a range of practical strategies for developing pupils' long term and working memory skills. There will be a maximum of 12 places on this training session. This will enable the group to discuss their own experiences with children and to develop a variety of strategies that can be implemented specifically with the children they are supporting in school. These strategies can be used for individuals, in small groups or across whole classes. The 3 hour session costs £60 + VAT per attendee
