What is the event?
Family fitness is a fun way to get active and enjoy a healthy lifestyle for age 11+ years. Our drop-in sessions include time in the gym 7 fitness cardio/relaxation classes all taught and supervised by our qualified instructors.
Stay as long as you want for £5 per family, per session!
