Children with Special Needs are invited to attend Benson's Fun Fair

What is the event?

The Rotary Club of Horsham are, once again, holding an exciting event for Children with Special Needs and we would like to invite members of your organisation to a free one and half hour session at the Fun Fair in Horsham Park on Sunday 9th July.

Please read the following points so that you can register with us:

1. The day is Sunday 9th July 2017. The venue is Horsham Park.

2. Registration time is 9.45am for a 10.30am start at the Fun Fair.

3. The Horsham Rotary Registration desk will be situated next to the entrance to the pond area in the park (Same location as previous years). You should see plenty of signage as you approach.

4. The event and selected rides are only free to those wearing wristbands (issued upon registration) between 10.30am and 12 midday. After midday the rides become chargeable and the funfair opens to the public.

5. We need to have details of the following information prior to the event and before Sunday 11th June:
