What is the event?
Eligibility
This is two-hour session for parents of, and/or carers who are responsible for, children and young people in West Sussex.
This course is being delivered through a partnership between Coastal West Sussex Mind, West Sussex County Council and West Sussex CCGs.
About the course
In this course, we will explore the difficulties around talking with young people about mental health and emotional wellbeing. The session will include practical strategies and approaches we can use when talking with young people about mental health.
Getting to the Venue
East Worthing Community Centre is a five minute walk from East Worthing Railway Station. The postcode is BN11 2NQ
Timing The course runs from 10:30am – 12:30pm

Please notify us ASAP if you are unable to attend the course. As this is a funded programme our aim is to ensure all available places are taken up. Early notification may mean we can offer this space to someone on our waiting list.
