Reaching Higher Rebound Therapy

What is the event?

Rebound Therapy is used to facilitate movement, promote balance, and increase or decrease muscle tone depending on the level and intensity the bed is ridden. It encourages relaxation, promotes sensory integration, improves fitness and exercise tolerance, and develops communication skills. But most of all it is FUN.

Venue: QE11 School, Comptons Lane, Horsham, West Sussex, RH13 5NW Disability parking onsite and wheelchair accessible venue

Dates: Thursday 18th November – Thursday 16th Decmber

Times: Session 1: 5.00 – 5.50pm Session 2: 6.00 – 6.50pm

Cost: £5.00 per session (20% discount for people with a LAC or Compass Card). Payment must be made online in advance as no cash payments will be accepted and must be done at least 24 hours in advance

Booking: Booking can be done through the Horsham District Council website, please note there are only 4 spaces available per a session.
