Supporting Inclusion: Person Centred Planning Support Sessions *Free Training

What is the event?

Already been on a Person Centred Planning course for PATH or MAP but need some practice / have questions to ask? Pop along to one of our PCP support sessions:

PCP covering PATHs: 5th March, 12 – 1.30pm @ Training Rooms, Parkside, County Hall North, Horsham

PCP covering MAPs: 3rd May, 3.30- 5pm @ Committee Room 3, County Hall, Chichester

Course suitability: Inclusion leaders, SENDCo’s, and a range of professionals working with children and young people in schools and education settings.

*Cost: Although all places are FREE, cancelled places (with less than 3 working days notice) and non-attendance will be charged at £50 per place for the 1 day training sessions. Consent from line managers should be gained before applying.
