Giving Feedback and Commenting about our Local Offer
Here are some of the ways that you can give feedback about our Local Offer:

Call the SEND Information, Advice and Support Service and ask to speak to Charlotte Smith, Local Offer Officer, 03302 228 555
Click on the 'feedback' button (right hand side of a computer / bottom of the screen on a mobile). You can score our Local Offer on a scale of 0-10. You can also provide specific comments on whether problem, suggestion, compliment or other. If you would like us to respond to your feedback please leave you email.
You can give your feedback about individual services on their summary cards.
If you are at a networking event or a parent group then let the Local Offer know of any feedback you may have.
At Local Offer Drop in Workshops.
There are Local Offer Champions and Local Offer Parent Ambassadors - let them know of any feedback they may have.
We have used webinars to engage with you and have asked you feedback after the sessions.
We have and are trialling the use of a consultation for the changes to information pages (April 2017). All this feedback is being compiled.
We want to thank you so much for your input and feedback so far, it has really helped shape how the site looks at present. The Local Offer is constantly evolving and developing as we receive further feedback.
