YourMindMatters - a website to help and support children and young people with their mental health across Sussex.

West Sussex Single Point of Access (SPoA) provides a simplified single route to access specialist emotional wellbeing and mental health support. The SPoA helps direct you to the right service, eliminating the need to refer to multiple services.

Children and Young Peoples Therapeutic service (Parent / Carer Substance Misuse)

Sexual Abuse Counselling
