  • Relate Relate offers advice, relationship counselling, workshops, mediation, consultations and support face-to-face, by phone and through their website.

    A young person may want to use their phone and/or tablet apps. They will need to search for them on your app store by name:

  • Bellybio - Breathing techniques to help calm you down
  • Headspace - Guided meditations
  • Power Up+ is a digital tool to support wellbeing in young people with SEND. It aims to support them in taking an active role in the decisions about their life, facilitate a level of independence and enable their voices to be heard through helping expression of feelings and emotion.
