These free programmes are delivered to and designed for adults (aged 18 years and upwards) who have experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs); these are stressful or traumatic experiences in childhood, including abuse, neglect, witnessing domestic abuse, growing up with substance misuse, parental absence, mental illness or crime within the home.

A discussion based workshop which aims to help parent/carers support their child with SEND say goodbye to primary school and prepare for secondary school. The workshop will be tailored to the attendees needs but aims to look at topics such as making new friends and keeping in touch with old friends, feelings good and bad, including worries and practical preparations.
