What we do:

Hi I’m Sheilagh, a children’s Occupational Therapist and handwriting expert working in schools across the UK every week. And I know a LOT about writing. I work with fabulous children, amazing parents and wonderful schools.
For children aged 4 to 16 years. Providing solutions that make a real difference.
Helping children write neatly, without pain, achieving pen licences and at the speed needed to pass exams. My before/after photos of handwriting are just fantastic. You can see them on my website.
Let me dispel two handwriting myths...1. cursive writing is NOT the only way to write. UK teachers guidelines say a child needs joined up writing meaning the lead in stroke is not needed. 2. A handwriting problem is a sign of a bigger issue - wrong.
