Diversity and Ability is a disabled-led social enterprise, working to empower disabled/neurodiverse learners to reach their potential in education and the workplace. We don’t see disability as a deficit difficulty, but rather a difference that, when supported well, brings much needed diversity to our society. Peer-led support (Assistive Technology Training, Mentoring, Study Skills Support, Workplace Coaching, Workplace Consultancy & Workshops) is delivered by those with a shared lived experience
What we do:
