UK wide voluntary organisation renowned for building inclusive communities on the foundations of justice, advocacy, empowerment and friendships. Our vision is to create inclusive communities where all lives matter. Our mission is to support disabled and disadvantaged people of all ages in transformational and empowering ways to live fulfilling and inclusive lives.
What we do:
- 3D Community Support is a unique service that assists people in the community to live rich and fulfilling lives. Our Facilitators work individually with people of all ages to understand what they want out of their lives and strive towards specific goals.
- Support can be either in the individuals home, in the community or at The Cabin at Crawleys Football Stadium. The service runs 7 days a week throughout the day as required. A small socialising group runs once a week at the stadium.
- Each Facilitator is guided by the specific requirements stated by the person. This can vary widely from cooking, shopping, support with finances, seeking employment, socialising, attending appointments and community participation/hobbies.
- Over the phone/email referrals are accepted. Support can be funded through WSCC, Direct Payments or individuals can self fund.
