    "Dear Richard

I am very appreciative of your support and help in sorting this out, thank you seems so weak but I am really thankful. I don't know if you realise what a huge difference you make by just showing you care.

    Have a lovely weekend

    Thanks x"

    "Hello Wendy,

Thank you so much for replying to my email, I really do appreciate the support and information provided by yourself as well as Richard and Jaspal.

I fully understand the efforts put in by SENAT, not just to find an appropriate place for x, but to offer help to Mr and Mrs X as well. I can see from all of the emails I have received that you have all done the best you can to help the family in their decision making process. As you have mentioned, it is important that a final decision is made so that a transition programme can be put in place as early as possible.

Once again, thank you all for your help and support and for answering the questions I have put forward to you on behalf of X." SENCo & Designated Teacher

"I just wanted to thank you for your support with x yesterday, and fantastic to have your back up. We wouldn’t normally make any fuss, and were rather emotional yesterday, but really do appreciate your help. Mrs Hawkins has been brilliant in solving our queries."
