Portfield Primary Academy is a mainstream school with a special support centre for children with speech and language difficulties. Portfield is an inclusive school that empowers all children to succeed and become independent and resilient learners.

What we do:

Provide access to a broad, balanced and inclusive curriculum.
Support & encourage children with SEN/D to engage within the school community.
Help children to overcome any potential barriers to learning and feel safe to take on new challenges.
Respond to the diverse learning needs of all children.
Celebrate the success of each child is and ensure all children are encouraged to have a positive attitude towards their learning.
