Kingsham Primary School
Service
Kingsham Primary School – proud to be part of the University of Chichester Academy Trust – is a mainstream 4-11 Primary School. The school is committed to providing an aspirational and inclusive community school where all children are continually inspired, enjoy learning, thrive and achieve success.
What we do:
- We set high aspirational goals for children that motivate, engage and build self-belief. We provide equal access to a broad and balanced curriculum where children with SEND take as full a part as possible in school activities.
- There is early identification of children’s needs and having a team fully involved in the ‘assess, plan, do, review’ cycle of the Individual Learning Plans (ILPs)
- We work collaboratively as a team with parents/carers, as well as outside agencies and other specialist provisions.
- We provide clear starting points for a personalised learning approach so all children make progress and achieve standards that reflect their full potential. We prepare individuals for the next stage of their school career by planning careful transitions.
- We strive to be accessible to all and match the learning environment to suit individual needs.
