What we do:

• We believe that all children have the right to be equally valued irrespective of cognitive, communicative and physical ability, emotional or mental health challenges
• We work with parents and families to identify needs at the earliest opportunity
• We aim to work in co-production with our families and outside agencies to provide the necessary intervention and support in order to address or meet that need
• We involve children in identifying how their own needs can be best met at school
• Staff attend Inset Training over the year to develop skills that will help to meet more specific needs
