Elm Grove Primary School is an inclusive, friendly, happy and successful school that sets out to make learning fun, active and challenging for its pupils. We are always seeking ways to learn and improve the standards of education we offer our pupils. Our school is unique in its composition and design, and we put children at the very centre of all we do. We are never complacent and are always seeking ways to learn and improve the standards of education we offer our pupils.

What we do:

We are currently an average sized primary school. September 2015 marked the start of our journey to gradually become a one-form entry primary school. We currently have children in Reception to Year 5 and next year we will gain year 6.
Our mission statement is : 'To make learning fun, active and challenging'.
Our core values are independence, creativity, collaboration and excellence. We strive to develop confident and creative individuals who aim for excellence and are able to work in collaboration with others and independently.
We have a very inclusive approach and are always willing to go that extra mile for children. Our flexibility and positive attitude has enabled us to support children with a range of additional needs.
We recognise that a ‘one size fits all’ approach does not work for every child. We pride ourselves on adapting planning, provision, resources and the environment, where necessary, to better suit the needs of all individuals.
