Service
At East Wittering Community Primary School we believe that every child that attends our school has the right to enjoy and achieve to the best of their ability, to be kept safe, to be healthy and make a positive contribution, and gain an understanding of how to achieve economic well-being.
What we do:
- We believe Every Moment Counts in the Pursuit of Excellence and therefore provide appropriate differentiation for all children and further and timely intervention to all pupils with a special educational need
- We provide an exciting curriculum and a stimulating safe environment where all children can learn, grow and be successful.
- We are committed to assessment early identification of any Special Educational Need. Class teachers consult with Parents and the SENCO in order to decide whether additional or different provision is needed.
- We work collaboratively in school to ensure all of the children feel cared for. We also work closely with a range of outside agencies to ensure children are receiving the appropriate support they need.
