Making Sense of Adult Life is a handbook written by and for parent-carers of young people with special needs and disabilities (aged 14-25) in West Sussex making the transition to adulthood.

What we do:

  • The book also contains a directory of over 400 relevant local and national organisations and an extensive jargon buster
