Service
SHINE is our service for Young Adult Carers for 18-25 year olds who organise support groups and activities (as well as online) to meet other young adult carers, share experiences and time away from caring.
What we do:
- Support Groups and Activities, meeting other young adult carers, sharing experiences and time away from caring.
- Support for accessing employment, education and emotional support from our experienced and dedicated Young Adult Carer Wellbeing Workers.
- At Carers Support we are working together with West Sussex County Council and their Young Carers Service to run 'My Future' Support Groups for 16- 25 yr olds in West Sussex. The groups aim to support Young Carers as they move into adulthood.
