We are a group of young entrepreneurs who recently won the 2016 Young Start-Up Talent Gatwick Diamond Competition. We started a bakery business to enable us to have great jobs for life. We hand bake in small batches using fine ingredients. We all have Food Hygiene qualifications and work to strict hygiene standards in the kitchen.
What we do:
- As a group of young adults with special needs we have taken the initiative to create our own business. Our work makes us smile and we hope our bakes will make you smile too!
- We aim to make awesome tasting bakes that will make people happy. Our packaging will be funky and bright. We want to inspire other adults like us. Our bakery will produce ”Special Bakes by Special People”.
