WEA is the largest voluntary adult education service. It is organised via local branches and the Chichester branch runs a "Reaching Out Programme" for vulnerable adults from 18+.

What we do:

  • WEA run many different sessions with the view to integrate people into the community and improve confidence and independence. One of these groups include Drama with Kim at the Apuldram Centre on a Thursday at 10am until 12.
  • Keep Fit start at 1.45pm to 3.15pm with Jane Sadler, this is a gentle exercise group mixed with some Tai Chi. This is run at the Boys Club on every Monday in the term time only
  • Drama starts at the Hub Club, Located at the Boys Club in Chichester Centre. This group is with Mike Fry and runs though the Term time. It is available for anyone wanting to be involved with a Drama/Music session to help improve independence.
  • We run popular Music groups at multiple locations around Chichester with Mike Fry. One of these sessions is at The Wrenford Centre, in Terminus Road, Chichester at 9.45 to 11.45am.
  • We also run Yoga groups with Lucy on a Friday at 9.45 to 11.45am at the Wrenford Centre. This is gentle session that helps improve confidence and wellbeing.
