Connaught Theatre
Service
Part of Worthing Theatres, The Connaught started life as a cinema called the Picturedrome and has undergone some major changes. Since 1987, it's been a cinema again and has fully modernised projection facilities and 3D capability, as well as a theatre studio.
What we do:
- The Connaught has also introduced regular autism-friendly screenings on the first Sunday of the month (tickets £4 each for all).
- Access for wheelchair users via front entrance with six spaces in the main auditorium, although not for larger electronic wheelchairs or electronic scooters. There’s lift access to Fraser’s Bar for a limited number of wheelchair users.
- Customers with additional requirements advised to book in advance so their needs can be met. All three Worthing theatres have induction loops and have signed and subtitled performances.
- The Connaught Theatre is within 1km of the Changing Places facility at Worthing Dome Public Toilets, Marine Parade, Worthing BN11 3PT
