Lifecentre Counselling for Survivors of Sexual Abuse (Life Centre, Mental Health)

What we do:

• Lifecentre offers counselling to men, women and children, aged 3+ across West Sussex. We offer face-to-face counselling in Worthing, Chichester and Crawley.
• We offer face-to-face counselling, a National Helpline, and Email Counselling.
• We have Qualified Play Therapists for our under 10-year-olds, and Qualified Counsellors for young people & adult clients. All of our team are trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches and are trauma-trained.
• We also have a pathway for children and adults with learning disabilities and autism.
• We do not work with perpetrators of sexual violence.
