Karate & Self Defense, ages 5+ including adults. every Thursday @ Tilgate Community Centre @6pm-7pm. 1st session FREE, monthly fee £20 for 1 session per week, 1 off Membership £20. get in touch or check the website for more info and what membership includes. Extremely affordable cost's in comparison to elsewhere.

1-2-1 sessions for £10 also available in Southgate.

What we do:

Confidence, self-esteem, Self-Defence, balance & co-ordination & Fitness building. also great for making new friends & having some fun. also special times ie Xmas we will run a special event for the students, Lazar hub, bulling ally, ice skating .
class's will consist of 15-20 max students. or 1-2-1 private booking. some classes will be for SEN specific students other classes will be open to anyone. this is so SEN students can decide to train with similar people or socialise with everyone.
I will teach all SEN classes and as my school grows we will open more classes with my instructor team across the bored.
Bit of info about myself, I have been training in martial arts for over 11 years. been on team GB around 16 times, & have been picked again for 2018 world championships. I am 19, Autistic & Dyslexic with ADD. so i understand SEN of different types.
I have also been assisting at a past club for 6 years and teaching my own class for 2 (before opening my school recently). i have 2 junior black belts in karate & kickboxing, and 1 in adult kickboxing.
