Free Your Mind Convention

What is the event?

The convention will cover the Information, Awareness and Support that is needed for young people who suffer from mental health issues.

The convention will have a key focus on tackling discrimination and how friends can help one another to overcome their issues.

We will target this throughout the day with creative talks and sessions. These will get young people actively thinking about what they can do.
