Life Pathways to Adulthood - Chichester

What is the event?

The Life Pathways Project is about how we (the Couunty Council) work with people with lifelong disabilities or autism and their families, this includes how we plan and prepare people for adulthood view more here. We recognise that we could improve the way we work with people and their families, especially in helping them prepare for adulthood and to become as independent as possible.

We are collating views and ideas about this from a wide range of people. We have already held workshops with staff (supported by the West Sussex Parent Carer Forum and now we are seeking views from young people and other stakeholders.
