What is the event?
Red Eagle's Martial Arts Centre. We have an amazing team behind us and working with the Prince's Trust . Myself with over 11 years in Martial Arts, at just age 19 i have been on team GB around 16 times and have been selected for 2018 World Championships.
Every Thursday i am running a Karate and Self Defense class (1st session is FREE) This is an Open class to ALL ages 5+ so the hole Family can join in including SEN students.
I have been assisting at 2 clubs over the past 6 years and teaching my own classes at both clubs for 2 years before forming my own school just a few months ago.
who is this session suitable for !!!!!! ?????? anyone age 5+ Dose your kid need to build confidence, self esteem, discipline, respect, self control, focus... Do you, parent or carer, do you need something to channel your energy, frustration and stress relive? or just to get you out? Do you or Children want to get fitter without going to a boring gym. then come on down.
I currently work with students 5 years up to 15 years, i have 15-17 spaces available, i plan to open a 2nd class in the New Year (currently arranging with primary school's for after school clubs) and a regular new class to open by March, if i get enough interest from adults i'll open an adults class if not then another kids class will open.

Price: 1st session as said, is FREE, after that it's £20 per calendar month (£5 per session) including a 5 week month meaning you get 1 session for free every so often.
Membership: on the 2nd session a membership fee of £25 is needed, this is to cover your insurance, licence, booklet, belt, years membership and as a Thank you we will give you a 50% discount on 1xT-shirt for training. (before March).
Location: Tilgate Community Centre where we have full access to a FREE car park, i advice all to turn up 10mins early if driving in case of any traffic ect and walking then plan to arrive 5mins early allowing me to meet you all and answer any questions you may have at that point before class begins :)
I advice all participants to have something to eat before training (between an hour and 30mins BEFORE training) we want you to have the energy but not to be sick :)
