The service offers a range of youth groups and activities to get involved in.

What we do:

  • Online weekly Health Skills Groups to develop young people's life skills and independence. We focus on a different theme every week, including; Health Eating, Fitness, Mental Health and access to medication.
  • Online monthly cooking sessions, giving young people the opportunity to cook a healthy meal with their peers. This is modelled by Health Skills workers online through zoom.
  • Online social activity sessions such as; bingo, story time etc. A chance for young people to socialise online with their peers whilst developing their social skills.
  • Face - to - face activity days held throughout the school holidays each with a different theme, for example; healthy lifestyles and personal hygiene. These are held across West Sussex. Please email the service inbox for more information.
  • Personal Support is offered for any young people that are unable to access online support. A health skills worker will work 1:1 with the young person to support the development of independence and life skills.
