Reaching Families NDP Navigation Service

What we do:

• The NDP Navigation Service provides information, training and support to parents/carers of children and young people waiting on, undergoing or completing an assessment for ADHD, Autism and other neurodevelopmental conditions.
• The service is available to parents/carers of children and young people at various stages of the West Sussex Neurodevelopmental Pathway, from the point of referral to 12 months following diagnosis.
• For full eligibility criteria, please visit our website.
• Support is available to parents/carers of children and young people on the West Sussex NDP. Referral must be made by a professional working with their child. A referral form is available on our website.
• We cannot make referrals to the Neurodevelopmental Pathway, influence the neurodevelopmental assessment process or provide a key working service. We are also unable to provide crisis support.
