A home from home quieter environment with bunnies to cuddle and ducks to feed. Open spring to winter. Visitors 10-4pm Thursday and Friday, Saturday's 10-2pm. Opening times vary on the holidays please check Facebook page. Sensory area, wheelchair friendly. Family run home/refreshments available too. Gifts, classes, advice from a SN parent and homemade food and drinks. Great if you are not into crowds.

What we do:

Family run home from home with gardens in a smaller quieter environment, where parents/carers can relax. Enclosed safe area, bus routes at end of road. Free local car parks too.
Activity classes, animals to pet and feed. Garden and play area. Baby changing, wheelchair friendly. Also blue badge on street parking.
Run by a family with special needs children especially for families with special needs children or adults. Great advice and warm welcome.
5 min walk to Felpham beach, village and shops.
Affordable tea/coffe/cake pricing to make it accessible to all. Free to those in need. Also food parcels for families in crisis, and clothing preloved for donation
